Pacman returns to Cowboys for practice, meetings

Suspended cornerback Adam “Pacman” Jones was back at work with the Dallas Cowboys on Monday, going to meetings and a practice even though he can’t suit up until Dec. 7 against Pittsburgh.
Jones is allowed to do everything but play in the next game - Thursday against Seattle - as he works his way back from his latest suspension, a six-game penalty for violating the league’s player conduct policy.

NFL to review tussle between Light and Crowder

Matt Light and Channing Crowder left their face-shoving, hair-pulling, head-smacking tussle with big smiles.
The NFL may not be amused at their brief battle during the Patriots’ win over the Dolphins on Sunday.
Gene Washington, the NFL’s director of football operations, will review the incident this week for potential discipline, a routine procedure for on-field fights, league spokesman Greg Aiello said Monday.

Jets rookie QB suspended for policy violation

New York Jets rookie quarterback Erik Ainge was suspended for four games by the NFL on Friday for an undisclosed violation of the league’s policy on steroids and related substances.
Ainge, already on injured reserve and out for the season with a foot injury, is not allowed to be with the team or at its facility during the suspension. He’ll be eligible to rejoin the team on Dec. 15, following the Jets’ game against Buffalo.

NFL reinstates Adam ‘Pacman’ Jones

The NFL is giving Adam “Pacman” Jones another chance.
Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones said Wednesday the suspended cornerback has been reinstated by league commissioner Roger Goodell, but will not play this Sunday or the following game on Thanksgiving. That would peg his return for Dec. 7 at Pittsburgh.
Jerry Jones said Adam Jones could return to practice Monday.
